Referrals
How to refer?
Patient's do not need a referral to attend Hand Therapy. Where necessary a patient's GP is contacted to inform them of the patient's care.
For referral;
Therapists at Resolve Hand Therapy Specialists treat a wide range of hand injuries including but not limited to:
- Fractures
- Sports Injuries/Soft tissue
- Dislocations
- Arthritis (Thumb OA/Rheumatoid)
- Tendon Injuries
- Overuse injuries
- Nerve injuries
- Hand Conditions (Dupuytren’s/Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)
- Scar Management
